Hahaha, I haven't been on this account in...ages. Time really flies I guess. Eh...I might upload art, I might not. There's nothing really worth putting up, though. A couple of sketches here and there, but...nothing substantially artful.

Anyway, summer is (almost) over, which sucks. Nose to the grindstone again, I guess. I got new school supplies which (of course) cost me a fortune, what with the amount of pencil lead I go through with just doodles alone. The one plus to the school year resuming is that I'll see my friends,who have all been doing exciting things and going places while I stay here with almost nothing to do. At least we'll have a lot to talk about.

Side note: The fish in my aquarium are dying left and right because of the algae that just won't die, damn it! I've tried Al-Gone, I never turn the light on, and I don't overfeed them. I guess the irony of the situation, however, is that the balloon pink kissing gouramis that I had in the tank who were the ones cleaning the algae died because of a parasite that thrives in slightly algaeic water, which our tank has had since I can remember. I really don't get it- the tank is 110 gallons, and we have 5 weather loaches, 3 kuhli loaches, 1 albino bristlenose pleco, 5 upside-down catfish, 4 marbled hatchet-fish, a handful of platys, and a barb of unknown origin (We think he hitchhiked in with the platys). For those who are unfamiliar with aquariums, these fish all have relatively small bio-loads (excluding the pleco) and thus should not be producing enough waste to make the water this green! My sister and I have started doing 25% water changes every day, but to no avail; the tank is as green as ever. At this point, we're considering just forking out an extra $60 CAD for a 10 gallon tank to keep them in for 1 or 2 days and start over.
